The LANDS Reflow reporting system allows you and your staff to easily log jobs and issues, along with images detailing exact problems. Our team will keep the job record updated with progress, so everyone stays informed and up to date at all times.

We are experts in maintaining new build residential and mixed-use developments. We work with the client in accordance to management agreements and terms of lease, involving maintenance pre-planned & reactive works.
We build excellent relationships with the residents, contractors, and developers to provide a stress-free service to all stake holders. We can assist with the project management of major internal and external works, as well as having knowledge of relevant Leasehold, Landlord and Tennant Act 1985.
